By contracting our hydrogeological engineering team or utilizing this website, you enter into a binding service agreement governing the construction, maintenance, and repair of your groundwater extraction system. Extracting water from the complex layers of the Gulf Coast Aquifer system is a highly technical process. Whether we are targeting the highly permeable, shallower sands of the Chicot formation or drilling deep into the robust, high-pressure Evangeline formation, these terms of service strictly define the scope of our work, your required customer obligations, and our exact limitation of liability regarding subterranean conditions. Please review this service agreement carefully before our heavy rotary rigs mobilize to your South Texas property.
Terms of Service | Victoria Water Well Drilling
Welcome to the official terms of service for Victoria Water Well Drilling.
Customer Obligations & Regulatory Compliance
Under this service agreement, strict customer obligations must be met to ensure state and local regulatory compliance. While our administrative team expertly manages the filing of the mandatory VCGCD Notice of Intent and the execution of all required ARW registration forms on your behalf, it is your responsibility to provide accurate property boundaries and disclose existing subterranean structures.
To legally operate within the state of Texas and protect the regional water table, we must strictly enforce the mandatory 50-ft property line setbacks and the critical 100-ft septic clearances. Failure to accurately disclose the location of hidden drain fields, aerobic systems, or property lines that result in a violation of these state setbacks will render the customer solely responsible for any resulting regulatory fines, legal penalties, or state-mandated well-plugging orders. Fulfilling these basic customer obligations ensures your new well is legally authorized, fully documented, and completely safe from surface contamination.
Technical Specifications & Limitation of Liability
Victoria Water Well Drilling is committed to utilizing the highest quality drill casing specs and structural engineering for every single project. Based on the exact geological pressures evaluated within your specific borehole, we will deploy either premium Schedule 80 PVC casing for standard resistance against mineralized soils or heavy-wall steel casing for extreme deep-aquifer fortification. To protect your submersible pump impellers and ensure sediment-free water, we meticulously engineer precision gravel pack seals around continuous slot screens and aggressively pressure-grout the annular space entirely to the surface.
However, due to the unpredictable and highly variable nature of subsurface hydrogeology, our limitation of liability explicitly states that we cannot absolutely guarantee exact static water levels, absolute baseline water quality, or specific continuous flow rates (GPM). While our master drillers utilize advanced geotechnical data to maximize your well's production and mechanical efficiency, the natural characteristics of the Gulf Coast Aquifer system ultimately dictate the maximum flow rates (GPM) and dissolved mineral content available at your specific geographic coordinates. By accepting these terms of service, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability regarding natural aquifer variations and acts of nature.
If you have any questions regarding this service agreement, your specific customer obligations, or our engineered drill casing specs, please contact our Victoria office prior to the commencement of your drilling project.
